Compatibility
HingeGlow transforms the built-in display as the MacBook lid moves. It requires macOS 14+, an eligible MacBook with a readable lid angle sensor, and Screen Recording permission. Eligible families are Air M2–M5 and 14/16-inch Pro (2021–2026), subject to an actual sensor check. M1 Air, 13-inch Touch Bar Pro, Intel and desktop Macs are unsupported. Neo and other models remain unverified. External monitors are not transformed.
Price and delivery
The English storefront price is US$7.98, or US$3.98 with a creator pledge. The Japanese storefront price is ¥1,200, or ¥600 with a creator pledge. The Taiwan storefront price is NT$278, or NT$139 with a creator pledge. These are fixed prices including tax, processed by Polar. The Korean storefront is KRW 9,900, or KRW 4,900 with a creator pledge, processed by Polar. After payment-provider verification, a license key is issued to your purchase email and the installer is made available.
License
One key can activate up to 3 Macs that you own or manage. Release an old device when moving. First activation and adding a new Mac need internet. After activation, the Mac verifies its signed purchase certificate locally and keeps working offline without periodic reactivation. Reselling keys or distributing the installer to bypass purchase is not permitted.
Creator rewards
The pledge discount applies at checkout. Standard-price buyers also qualify after one public post reaches 20,000 genuine views and passes review. Your actual payment, including tax, is refunded in its original currency to the original payment method, once per purchase. Ownership, real use, incentive disclosure, and views are reviewed. Paid promotion, purchased views, bots, and duplicate posts do not qualify. Reward refunds keep the license active. Missing the target or not posting never incurs an additional charge.
Ordinary refunds
You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of payment or the date the product becomes available to you, whichever is later, whether or not you used the app. Submit your request on the Orders & refunds page using your order number and license key. If you cannot find the key, contact support with your purchase email and order number. We process the refund within 3 business days of receiving the request; the time it appears on your payment method depends on the payment provider. Ordinary refunds disable new activations and downloads. This policy does not limit your statutory withdrawal, defect or non-performance rights. Creator rewards are governed by separate conditions.
