The HingeGlow app
Screen Recording permission renders the effect. Frames stay in Mac memory and are not recorded, saved, or uploaded. Microphone and audio data are not collected. This website has no screen-sharing feature.
Purchases and email
Polar processes Korean and international payments. We send the purchase email, order amount, currency and order identifiers to Polar. Our purchase form does not request a phone number. We do not store card numbers. We store order IDs, purchase email, currency, payment provider, payment/refund amounts and status, creator pledge choice, accepted policy version, and processing times. License emails are delivered through Resend.
Email order verification
Resend sends a single-use link to the email you enter. The link expires after 15 minutes; an HttpOnly cookie then permits access to that email’s orders for up to 30 minutes. We store the email and token hashes. Expired records are cleaned during subsequent verification requests. Email and IP rate-limit identifiers are hashed with a secret.
Licensing
We store a hash of the license key, random device IDs, activation times, and the last validation time. Hardware serial numbers are not collected. The app stores the key and signed lease in macOS Keychain.
Creator proof and refunds
We store submitted post links, view counts, screenshots, notes, review decisions, and refund history. Evidence images are private and accessible only to registered operators. Redact unrelated personal information before submitting. Retention terms for review, refunds, and disputes will be finalized before launch.
Cookies and this website
Cloudflare’s IP-derived country code selects the initial language. This language feature does not separately store raw IP addresses or send them to an external geolocation service. Your chosen language is saved in a cookie for up to one year and in browser storage. An HttpOnly cookie links the checkout browser to its order for up to seven days. IP addresses are hashed with a secret for rate limits. Hosting processes operational request data.
